I was so touched by the reaction to my last recording and your kind words which inspired me and left me thinking, where do I go now? Then I heard a song that stirred my emotions bringing back memories of my mother, and I knew that this album would be a journey of memories through my soul and through the deepest recesses of my heart, stirring all of the emotions.
Each track has a special meaning and has touched me in many ways, some in ways that I could never have imagined. You see, music has been a very large part of my life, in some respect you could say that it has defined who I am.
You may have been sitting there and a song comes on the radio, and all of a sudden memories start flooding back. In some manner I have always looked at this as "Touching Shadows". This album is full of shadows, some painful and sad, others joyous or victorious, or just full of beautiful emotions. Whatever the emotion, the shadows are strong within each of us and sometimes difficult to control.
In my last album, I asked you to open your hearts, now is the time to reflect on your own life and perhaps touch some shadows of your own

Fantastic!! She has the voice of an angel
I bought this album after I was dragged along to hear Kathleen at the Divas Concert with the Gold Coast Philharmonic. I had never been to a classical concert and boy did she perform. What an artist!!!!! I am an old rocker and I can say this. BUY THIS ALBUM and you will thoroughly enjoy Kathleen and her magnificent voice. Kathleen I thank you for your wonderful voice. When is the next album coming out????
